• Member data — information your organization uploads about its members in order to use the Services.
• Payment information — handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device information, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications — any messages you send through forms, email, or in-product chat.

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
• Process payments and send transactional notifications.
• Improve, personalize, and develop the Services.
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.

Members Collect is based in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, and may process data in other countries. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms to safeguard cross-border transfers.

We protect personal information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Services before they take effect.
